A startup CEO must be capable of making quick decisions with limited information. They should also understand how to manage their time and delegate tasks effectively, as well as handle pressure and stress.

A startup CEO needs to have a long-term vision, skills in sales and negotiation, team building and leadership, effective communication, and resilience. Good communication skills are essential for building trust and maintaining a professional image. A CEO should be able to collaborate effectively with individuals in different departments, understanding the fundamentals of their operations. Recruiting and managing a high-performing team is crucial to a company's success. CEOs must also be adept at selling themselves and their company's products, given the competitive nature of the market.
