Kosmik, a collaborative visual software company, has successfully secured $3.7 million in Seed funding, marking a significant milestone for the company. Kosmik aims to revolutionize the traditional desktop environment, which has seen minimal changes since its inception, failing to keep pace with the modern ways we gather, link, and share information.

The innovative platform developed by Kosmik empowers users to collect a myriad of information and establish connections between them on a flexible canvas. Equipped with an integrated browser, PDF reader, and text editor, Kosmik enables users to seamlessly navigate the web, read PDFs, import files, make annotations, and pull extracts directly onto the canvas' all within the Kosmik ecosystem.

Founded in 2018 by Paul Rony, the Kosmik team comprises seasoned professionals from notable European startups, including Beam, Deezer, and Apple. Since its launch, Kosmik has garnered a dedicated user base, spanning researchers, designers, writers, developers, and students. These users leverage Kosmik to create personalized universes for various purposes, from curating and sharing mood boards with clients to managing projects and sprints by linking Figma designs, Notion briefs, and team notes. The recent funding injection positions Kosmik to further enhance its innovative offerings and expand its reach in the collaborative visual software landscape.
